HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10002 & 10003 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9219 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.502 of 2017 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 307 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
