HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2341 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.9848 of 2018, dated 10-04-2018. Sri J.Srinivas Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that case of the petitioner was considered in pursuance to the order passed by this Court and proceedings dated 10-04-2018 were issued. Counter affidavit is also filed to that effect.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 10-04-2018, if he is so aggrieved. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
