THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 2489 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 15.09.2017 in WP.No.31082 of 2017, wherein and whereby this Court while disposing of the writ petition granted liberty to the petitioner to file application to the General Manager, Srirampur Area, as the petitioner, earlier, has not made any application to the competent authority, and on such application, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with regulations. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made application to the respondents, till date no action has been taken and as such there is violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has to make application to the Chief Medical Officer, Kothagudem, through the Area General Manager, but no such application is received. He also submits that petitioner was issued notice dated 25.07.2018 regarding age of superannuation; and petitioner retired from service on 31.08.2018 and he is not on rolls.

On perusal of the representation filed by the petitioner it was clear that he filed representation before the Chairman and Managing Director.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
