This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.510 of of Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 25.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and C.C.No.1261 of 2018 was assigned.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
