THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 178 OF 2017 O R D E R:

It is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for respondent No. 3 that this Court by order dated 30-11-2016 dismissed Crl.P.No. 15123 of 2016 filed for quashing the present crime No. 541 of 2016 and when the said fact is brought to the notice of learned counsel for the petitioner, he stated that he mentioned the same in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. In para No. 20 of the Writ Petition, it is stated that he is concerned with the process of investigation whereas in the prayer portion, he challenged the registration of crime itself. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
