THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.46613 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 29.06.2016, rejecting the consideration of the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Specialist Officer {Marketing Officer (Scale-I)} in Canara Bank. 2.

Now, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank submits that the petitioner was later on appointed to the said post and he underwent training also.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition and the writ petition is accordingly closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
