The petitioner filed WPMP.No.38083 of 2015 seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail alternative legal remedies.

In the circumstances, WPMP is ordered and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
