Learned Government Pleader for Arbitration filed a letter, dated 21.11.2022 addressed by the Executive Engineer(R&B) Division, Khammam stating that the remaining amount of Rs.40,000/-(Rupees Fourty Thousand only) vide Cheque No.653662, dated 21.11.2022 towards the decreetal charges is deposited in favour of the Senior Civil Judge, Khammam for E.P.No.70/2016 in OS.No.104/2001 filed by Sri A.Rama Mallaiah, S/o Appaiah, VDC President, Gopathi for the work "Metalling to Konijerlu-Chintakani road from Km.5/2 to 11/4 under IJRY scheme and nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. Copy of the letter is filed herewith. 2.

Duly recording the said submission, the Civil revision petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
