HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD. WRIT PETITION No. 4779 OF 2016.

O R D E R :

The petitioner has sought for a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in pressurizing the petitioner to pay amount to the third respondent without any legal cause as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the second respondent/Station House Officer to forbear from interfering with the civil disputes by pressurizing the petitioner to pay amount to the third respondent.

2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [AP].

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition, the police are not interfering in the civil disputes, and therefore, sought to close the proceedings and no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

4. In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, all further proceedings in this writ petition are closed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
