This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the orders, dated 11.07.2013, passed in Crl.MP No.972 of 2013 in CC No.424 of 2013 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.
When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Case and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
