HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29842 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed aggrieved by the orders passed by the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer vide proceedings No.E/1251/2017 dated 19.07.2018.

The fact that there is a prescribed procedure provided under the statute by way of revision, is not in dispute. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of filing a revision before the competent authority.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
