There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 13.08.2015. It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.09.2015. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioner or her learned counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 26.04.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
