The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting survey pursuant to the application TAFS11800307597 dated 13-08-2018 FS011800307597, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioner submitted application on 13.08.2018 for conducting survey and fixing of boundaries, the 3rd respondents did not take any action so far.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has filed application on 13th of this month and if reasonable time is given, the authorities will deal with the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 13.08.2018, for conducting survey and fixing of boundaries for the subject land and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of three to six months from today, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed. _________________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J Dated:23.08.2018.
