The grievance of the petitioners is that they have submitted applications dated 06.01.2015 and 21.07.2016 before the 2nd respondent in respect of their grievance and the same are pending and that in pursuance of the said representations report is also called for. As no action is being taken till today, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the representations of the petitioners dated 06.01.2015 and 21.07.2016 are stated to be pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of both the representations dated 06.01.2015 and 21.07.2016 in accordance with law within a period of three months and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
