O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of 3rd respondent - Station House Office, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Cyberabad, in summoning the petitioners to the police station at the instance of unofficial respondent No.4 and harassing them, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station denying the allegations of the petitioners' and stating that based on the complaint of unofficial respondent No.4, case in Cr.No.491 of 2018, was registered on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, against the 2nd petitioner, who is shown as A-1 and others and taken up the investigation. In order to obstruct the investigation, petitioner filed the present writ petition. Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of, directing the police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.

However, this order will not preclude the police authorities from investing the above said crime in accordance with law.
