, Petition under Section 439(1) (b) Rlw 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to modify and relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No 1 o'f 2022 vide order dated '18-01-2022 by the Hon'ble Vt Additional Sessions Judge Godavari Khani by permitting the Petitioner to visit Singapore for 6 months.
