Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on committal, the present case was assigned S.C.No.56 of 2015 and made over to the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, and was disposed of on 04.08.2016 acquitting the petitioner and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
