HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9474 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct the inspection of the petitioners institutions after 5.4.2015 to verify the aspect of purchase and installation of equipment in the laboratories of the petitioners' colleges, faculty and adjunct faculty as prescribed in Form A116 by declaring the inaction of the respondent in considering the petitioners representations for conducting of the inspections to the petitioner colleges beyond 5.4.2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners submitted a representation dated 17.03.2016 putting forward the various practical difficulties which they are facing on account of the affiliation procedure and regulations.

Inasmuch as the representation dated 17.03.2016 submitted by the petitioners is pending, this Court is not inclined to enter into the controversy as to whether the regulations are valid and as to whether they are required to be considered at this particular point of time and what is the time frame within which the respective colleges are required to be fulfilled. If any of the difficulties the petitioners are facing they are at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as available in law. At this point of time, the simple request being the consideration of the representation of the petitioners without expressing any opinion on the same, the writ petition is being disposed of directing the respondent-University to consider the representation dated 17.03.2016 of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondentUniversity to consider the representation dated 17.03.2016 of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
