This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 07.07.2008 passed in Crl.M.P.No.14296 of 2007 in C.C.No.321 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision case. She also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
