HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30099 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent-Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, in not disposing of the application dated 26.10.2013, submitted by the petitioner and others, under Section 32 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 (for short, "the Act"), as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner and others submitted the application on 26.10.2013, under Section 32 of the Act to the 2nd respondent-Deputy Collector & Tahsildar, seeking restoration of possession of land admeasuring Ac.7.03 gts, situated at Sy.No.98 of Madinaguda Village, Sherilingampalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, no orders are passed so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Deputy Collector & Tahsildar to deal with the application dated 26.10.2013 submitted by the petitioner and others and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of three to six months from today, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
