HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8203 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/A3 seeks to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No.220 of 2013 on the file of XI Special Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.220 of 2013. Accordingly, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in his letter in Dis.No.11930/MSJ/HYD/2018, dated 08.08.2018, submitted information to the effect that the said case was dismissed as withdrawn on 03.10.2013. 3.

In that view, this criminal petition which was filed against C.C.No.220 of 2013 has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
