Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct enquiry as per law after giving notice and verifying the records in respect of land admeasuring Acs.2.61 cents in Survey No.911/ 2 situated at Kothapalem, H/ o.Pathamallampeta Village, Golugonda Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and consequently set aside the proceedings Rc.No.1307/ 2016/ SA, dated 30.09.2016.' 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to issuance of notice dated 30.09.2016 in Form-II, the petitioner herein submitted her explanation, but without passing any orders on the said explanation, the authorities are now trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land in dispute. He also submits that a civil suit has been filed by the petitioner seeking injunction against the

respondents restraining them from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of property in dispute. 5.

Learned Government Pleader submits that if a reply was given to the show cause notice, the authorities will definitely consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law. 6.

Recording the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner pursuant to the show cause notice dated 30.09.2016, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time statusquo as on today to be maintained with regard to the possession. 7.
