Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.261 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
