This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare Condition No.3 of Notification, dated 13-072011, issued by respondent No.2 prescribing 80 marks in the Eamcet as the minimum marks for OC candidates for admission into MBBS/BDS course, as

irrational and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Sai Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, as, in this case, no interim order was granted in favour of the petitioner, she was denied seat in the MBBS/BDS course and that, therefore, the cause in this Writ Petiion does not survive for adjudication.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
