Learned counsel for the petitioner/s submitted that the petitioner/s may be permitted to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to raise all these contentions before the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad in C.C.No.25 of 2006 and avail legal remedies available to him. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn as sought for.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
