Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt case. Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned standing counsel for respondents states that the order dated 09.02.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.1851 of 2015 is complied with and also produced proceedings dated 24.06.2015 issued by the respondent Corporation As the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the contempt case, permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
