CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.8118 of 2017 27.02.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed assailing the legality of the detention order, vide proceedings in S.B.(I)No.386/PD/S-1/2016, dated 04.09.2016, passed by respondent No.2. The period of detention fixed as one year under G.O.Rt.No.2519, General Administration (Spl. Law & Order) Department, dated 19.11.2016, having expired long back, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 3.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.9990 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
