THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7131 OF 2011 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 03.06.2010, and the charge memo, dated 03.06.2010.

2. When the matter was called on 24.08.2016, Sri B. Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, produced proceedings, dated 29.08.2011, issued by the disciplinary authority removing the petitioner from service. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to this day.

3. Today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The proceedings, dated 29.08.2011, disclose that after conducting enquiry, the disciplinary authority passed orders removing the petitioner from service. This Court has not stayed the disciplinary proceedings, but only directed payment of subsistence allowance. As there is no embargo in passing final orders and in view of the final orders passed in disciplinary proceedings, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout his

remedies in accordance with law, if he is so advised or if he is otherwise entitled.

6. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
