HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.2 9 8 9 2 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the letter bearing Roc.No.05/ ISDP/ VZM, dated 18.08.2018, addressed by the Assistant Director (AH), OSDP, Vizianagaram, to the Joint Director (AH), Vizianagaram, is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The contents of the said letter to the extent of their relevancy to the present Writ Petition read as under:

"In view of the above, I submit to request the Joint Director to kindly excuse for the inconvenience caused to the administration and also submit that as per the advice of the resource person, the entire Sheep Society Elections schedule to be held on ___August, 2018 are stopped and I may kindly permitted to prepare and submit revised Election schedule in consultation with the cooperative authorities."

In view of the contents of the above paragraph, nothing remains in the Writ Petition for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
