This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.228 of 2011 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 498-A, 448, 406 and 506 IPC and Section 3 and 4 of D.P. Act.

2. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that case in C.C.No.228 of 2011 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, was compromised before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 26.03.2012 before Lok Adalat.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above case.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
