There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not receiving and registering the complaint dt.02.01.2014 and not taking action as arbitrary, illegal, unfair and unjust apart from being violative of Article 14 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to receive and register and to take appropriate action against the offenders as per law and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions, dated 08.01.2014, issued by the Inspector of Police, Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

A perusal of the said written instructions would reveal that the petitioner herein approached the Police of Jeedimetla Police Station and lodged a complaint on 02.07.2012 stating that he is the President of Addagutta Cooperative Housing Society Limited and its members are the absolute owners and peaceful possessors of the land in Sy.No.308/1 of Gajula Ramaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as per the latest pahani of 2007-2008 and the
PKR, J W.P.No.643 of 2014 subject property has been mutated by the order bearing No.A/393/07, dated 19.05.2007, issued by the Deputy Collector and Tahasildar, Quthbullapur Mandal. It is also stated that the said land has been allotted to the members for construction of houses. However, on 02.07.2012, one Sri Ram Das, who is absolutely no connection with the land in any way, along with 100 of his henchmen came to the site, displaced their plotting stones and left the site. Immediately the members came to the site and requested the police to take necessary action against the said Sri Ram Das and his henchmen. On the enquiries made by the respondent police, it was revealed that no case whatsoever has been registered on the above complaint, dated 02.07.
2012, since the dispute of the petitioner is purely civil in nature, and immediately advised the petitioner to seek redressal in a competent civil Court. However, as far as the complaint, dated 02.01.2014 is concerned, the respondent police on coming to know about filing of the writ petition, have thoroughly verified the records in the Police Station and found that no complaint, dated 02.01.2014, has been received from the petitioner and as such, no action was taken on it. It is also mentioned in the written instructions that the petitioner is trying to involve the respondent police into their personal and civil disputes. It is also further mentioned that since the complaint, dated 02.01.2014, has not been received till filing of the written instructions, no action has been taken.
PKR, J W.P.No.643 of 2014 respondent police, necessary action will be taken on it basing on the merits of the complaint.

From the above said written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
