ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 07.09.2015 in Contempt Case No.42 of 2015 in Company Application Nos.30 and 663 of 2015 in Company Petition No.81 of 2013. At the hearing, Mr.M.V.Pratap Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this contempt case, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court by paying to his client Rs.1,50,00,000/- (Rupees one crore and fifty lakh only) on 22.11.2015 and Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakh only) on 15.12.2015. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is placed on record, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel to closure of the Contempt Case, Contempt Application No.1492 of 2015 filed by respondent No.1 in C.C.No.2134 of 2015 for dispensing with his presence shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
