THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3246 of 2016 ORDER:
A letter, dated 30.08.2017, is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the petitioner is intending to settle the matter with the GHMC authorities at an early date. To the present letter, a letter dated 26.08.2017, said to have been addressed to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the petitioner, is also enclosed. In the said letter, it is stated that, on 10.08.2017 the petitioner made a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Circle06 requesting to process her application for occupancy certificate as per rules and she promised to withdraw the present Writ Petition. It is also stated that the GHMC authorities informed that application for occupancy certificate will be considered/processed only after withdrawal of the present Writ Petition. Petitioner, therefore, requested the learned counsel to take steps to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to approach this Court again if there is any grievance in future.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner herein to approach this Court in the event of non-redressal of her grievance at the departmental level.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
