This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.2 under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.45 of 2015 on the file of Rolugunta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) and 25 of NDPS Act and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner helped to A1 to get 360 kgs of ganja and other material seized in the above crime. Since the ganja seized in the above crime is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
