When the case was called on earlier three occasions i.e., 13.07.2015, 12.08.2015 and 19.08.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. To give a last chance to the petitioner the matter was adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation on his behalf.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
