CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.31366 of 2017 Dated:15.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 26.04.2016, in Original Application No.1599 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). A perusal of the record shows that the Tribunal has passed the afore-mentioned order as far back as 26.04.2016. If the respondents have not implemented the said order of the Tribunal, the petitioners should have availed the remedy of filing a contempt case before the Tribunal. No explanation is forthcoming for their failure to avail the said remedy. At least, thereafter, the petitioners have not even submitted a representation to the respondents for implementation of the said order of the Tribunal. In the light of these facts, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to make an appropriate representation to the respondents for implementation of the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal. If the petitioners feel aggrieved thereafter, they shall be free to avail a fresh legal remedy.

As a sequel, WPMP.No.39081 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous.
