Aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2 and 3 on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02-08-2018, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and found the same to be civil in nature and the petitioner was informed of the same on 04-08-2018. But learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the same. In view of the same, learned Assistant Government Pleader to serve a copy of proceedings dated 04-08-2018. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
