THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5560 of 2015 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that in view of the dismissal of the suit by the Court below, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
