HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 24274 OF 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.No.113, situated at Palakunta Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. By an order dated 11.11.2009, this Court, while issuing rule nisi, directed the respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner, without following due process of law, until further orders. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the interim orders passed by this Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent not to interfere with the land admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents in R.S.No.113, situated at Palakunta Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, without following due process of law. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
