HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition Nos.8710, 8873, 8924 & 9009 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:
These four Criminal Petitions are filed by the self-same petitioner seeking anticipatory bail, who is no other than Faruk Abubakar Aghadi, S/o. Abubakar Aghadi of Surat, Gujarat State, is figured as A5 in Crime Nos.133, 187 & 188 of 2018 respectively of Cyber Crime, Cyberabad Police Station, Rangareddy District and figured as A1 in Crime No.64 of 2018 of the self-same police station. The respective crimes are registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419 & 420 IPC and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act from the respective reports of the different de facto complainants. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana in opposing the same and perused the F.I.R. and the bail application averments.

No doubt, in the F.I.R. the name of petitioner is not figured, however, from arrest of A1 to A4 respectively of the three crimes supra, who are the other accused other than the petitioner, from the respective remand reports including from the progress of investigation from the statements of witnesses it disclosed. 4.
The petitioner is in fact the proprietor of Megha Traders at Ashok Nagar, Sindkheda, Dule District and the whole complaint is against the Megha Traders.

Having regard to the above, the petitioner is not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail from the prima facie accusation as pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor despite elaborate arguments submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner in his efforts to get anticipatory bail.
