HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.995 of 2011 ORDER:

Neither is Sri P.Govinda Reddy, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, present nor is there any representation on his behalf. The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is to declare the action of the respondents, in not approving the spot admissions made by the petitioners for the additional sections of the 3 year course for the academic year 2010-11, as arbitrary and illegal. The three years course, which commenced in 2010-11, came to an end in 2014, more than three years ago. It is evident, therefore, that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
