HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30045 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by action of respondents 5 and 6 in interfering in family dispute and summoning the petitioner and his family members without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on instructions submits that a complaint is received from one Gulnaz Syed, resident of Mumbai against the petitioner and except that no crime is registered against the petitioner. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. However, this order will not preclude the respondent-police from investigating into the complaint received against the petitioner and for taking appropriate action.
