Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the first respondent and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the respondent-municipal authorities are neither touching the subject premises of the petitioner herein nor removing the verandah and that they are taking steps for removal of the articles exposed on the drain portion only. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
