Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent Municipality that in response to the notice under challenge, the petitioner herein may be permitted to file explanation and if any such explanation is filed, appropriate further action will be taken strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to submit explanation to the impugned notice dated 27.7.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent Municipality within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order. If any such explanation is filed by the petitioner herein, the same may be considered and appropriate further orders be passed strictly in accordance with law.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken pursuant to the impugned notice dated 27.7.2018 in respect of the subject property. It is also made clear that if no such explanation is filed within the time stipulated, this order will not enure to the benefit of the petitioner herein. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 23.8.
