This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.52 of 2015 on the file of Salur Town Police Station, Salur, Vizianagaram District.

The offence alleged against the petitioner is punishable under Section 12 of the Andhra Pradesh (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993.

When the matter is called, it is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that investigation in the said crime was completed and charge sheet was also filed. 4.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
