Whereas the Petitioners above named through his Advocate SRI BABUJI TENNETI, presented this petition under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased order withdraw F.C.M.C.No. 35 of 2014 pending on the Judge, Family Court, Kurnool and transfer the same to any court in Mahaboobnagar District, having competent jurisdiction to try the same, in the interest of justice. And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI BABUJI TENNETI Advocate for the Petitioner and of the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR(AP) on behalf of Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.2 herein to show cause why this petition should not be admitted You viz :
