This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.841 of 2011, pending on the file of the Court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Cyberabad (for short, 'the trial Court'), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420, 474, 475 and 467 of I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent - State, and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that A-1 in this case already got discharged and he fairly submits that the petitioners may be directed to file a petition, before the trial Court, seeking for their discharge. 4.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. The Petitioner/A-2 is given liberty to file a discharge petition before the trial Court, raising all the contentions therein, which are raised by him in this Petition. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
