ORDER

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 13.07.2013 passed in I.A.No.110 of 2012 in O.P.No.194 of 2010 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Warangal.

The petitioners filed I.A.No.110 of 2012 under Section 10 of the Family Courts Act, for grant of interim maintenance and the same was allowed in part. Challenging the same, the present revision is filed. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of the revision, the main O.P., itself was disposed on 31.07.2014. Therefore, no further orders need be passed in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
