HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P. No. 31794 of 2015 O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram) The petitioner challenges the Order-in-Original dated 27.06.2014 passed under Section 85(3A) of the Finance Act, 1994, by the 1st respondent - Joint Commissioner in relation to non-payment of Service Tax.

Inasmuch as the impugned order passed is appealable, we see no grounds to interfere with it in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies as may be available to them under the Act. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
