This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 23.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.9 of 2017 in O.S.No.32 of 2014 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition became infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
